How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped from our European warehouse are shipped through UPS & DHL. Packages from our China warehouse are shipped through ePacket or EMS (Express Mail Service).

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery times can vary depending on which country you live in, or even the region.

We don’t offer this service at this moment.
Why can not I track any shipping information?
Some shipping company’s take longer time for the tracking information to update on the system than others.
If you have waited several days and you are still unable to track your order, please contact us.
How do I track my package?
We will send you an email once your order has been shipped which contains your tracking information.
What can I do if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
If the product that you received is not in satisfactory condition, please read our return policy for more information.
Why did not I receive the full shipment?
If you do not receive the full order, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.
I didn’t receive my order, what can I do?
A good way to start is by checking your tracking link.
This should have an up-to-date status of your order so you can check where your order is now.
Please keep in mind that your order may be delayed due to safety measures of the customs authorities and that we have no influence on delivery delays.

How do I confirm delivery?
You don’t have to confirm the arrival of the package, an honest, informative costumer review is always appreciated though.
Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your delivery address after your order has been shipped.
So if you haven’t received a shipping confirmation, we can often still change your delivery address.
When you just passed your order and you realise that you made a mistake, please contact us.
We will do our utmost to pass the information to our logistics partner on time in order to change the delivery address.
Before placing an order, you can of course change your delivery address during checkout.
What happens if I fail to set my Shipping Address?
When you fill in your ordering information, you may get an error.
Since our website is based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method.
If certain letters of your message contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change letter “ç” to “c”.
What about customs & import taxes
We are not responsible for any custom fees or delays caused by the customs department once the items have shipped.
By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get import duties, taxes or other customs charges when they arrive to your country.
We sincerely hope that you do not use additional import costs or customs clearance delays as a reason for requesting refunds or leaving negative feedback.
