Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you want to cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours.
Once the shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


We understand that sometimes something simply doesn’t fit, you must contact us and we’ll guide you trough the steps.
Please do not simply send your purchase back to us before we authorised you to do so.

Return & refund

Customer Satisfaction is our number one priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund* you can request one no questions asked.

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time you can request a refund* or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong product you can request a refund* or a reshipment.
  • If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund* but the item must be unused.
  • *You can submit refund requests within 10 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. Returning of an item is at your expense.

    If you used a debit or credit card to make this purchase, the amount is refunded to that card. Refunds to credit or debit cards can take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved.
